Join us as a Lead Excellence & Augmented Salesforce Intern to make an impact!  

 

Location: Kallang 

 

Join our Lead Excellence team and contribute to global initiatives that improve lead quality, conversion rates, and business performance. This internship offers exposure to process optimization, data analytics, marketing intelligence, and emerging AI solutions.

 

 

What will you do?

  • Support project initiatives by reviewing and mapping opportunity routing rules, identifying similarities, and contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Conduct internal research on AI-related projects and emerging capabilities to support initiatives such as AI Qualification Agents and other digital transformation efforts.
  • Prepare and analyze reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure commercial impact.
  • Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Create, manage, and maintain content for Leads Excellence initiatives, including resources such as Sales Corner.
  • Support the management and upkeep of Marketing Intelligence activities, ensuring data and insights remain accurate and relevant.

 

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Interest in AI, data-driven decision-making, and business process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a positive attitude when working on projects and operational activities.
