About the Role

 

What will you do?

  • Support engineering projects through reporting, cost tracking, data validation, and project coordination activities.
  • Support project managers and engineering teams with status updates, action tracking, meeting follow-ups, and other project coordination activities.
  • Reconcile cost reports against invoices received, identifying discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors and supporting the corresponding follow-up.
  • Maintain and follow up on project trackers in Smartsheet, ensuring milestones, actions, deliverables, and due dates are kept up to date.
  • Provide support with selected access-related tickets, helping track requests and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and other business functions to gather, validate, and maintain accurate information.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and identify opportunities to improve reporting, tracking, and data management processes.

  • Report to the Digital Tools Project Manager, working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
  • Interact regularly with stakeholders across engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and operations.
  • Individual contributor role with broad exposure to project execution, cost management, reporting, and business processes.

 


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Data, or related fields. (Grad date August 2027 or later)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data and financial information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - MUST.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, or other project/business management tools is a plus.
