About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will perform hands-on work to apply your classroom experience to real-world projects and help you envision your future career.
  • You’ll be an active member of our team, working for our clients on projects with our most experienced engineers.
  • You’ll be introduced to Wilson & Company’s culture, helping you evaluate our firm as a future career choice.
  • You will solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate with partners to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.
Required Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel required.
  • Ability to commute to/from school to the office, and work in an office environment. No remote work is anticipated.
  • Highly responsible and dependable. Capacity to manage and maintain a sustainable balance between school, internship, and personal demands.
  • Work cooperatively with team members in addition to other Wilson & Company Divisions throughout the 15 offices.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with a team under corresponding supervisor.
Job Location:
Loveland, Colorado, United States
Required Experience:
  • Registered as a Junior or Senior in Engineering or related field at local college or university.
  • Working knowledge of MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD and/or Civil3D drafting/design programs a plus, but not necessary. You will receive significant hands-on and tutorial training on any number of these as an employee.

Salary: $18.00 -$23.00 per hour
