Graphic Design Intern

This is not a "make it pop" internship. You won't be resizing banners in a corner while someone else does the real work.

Without® is a Pune-based Certified B Corp taking on one of recycling's hardest, most stubborn problems — multilayer plastic packaging and mixed textile waste. The stuff conventional recycling simply gives up on. We don't.

You'll be sitting next to our Creative Lead, designing the stuff that actually ships — partner decks that close deals, campaign visuals that stop thumbs, web pages that convert. The work you do here will directly shape how Without® shows up to the world.

We're building one of India's first commercial-scale recycled materials plants and a brand that sits at the intersection of deep tech and deep impact. The design has to match the ambition. If you want a portfolio full of real, shipped work — not hypothetical briefs — this is it.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Presentation Design — Support the development of partner decks, category one-pagers, investor updates, grant submissions, and conference collateral. Every output is on-brand, editable, and delivered to deadline. No exceptions.

Web Design — Contribute to landing pages, campaign pages, blog visuals, and product catalogues across without.live, foundationwithout.org, and b2b.without.live. Design mobile-first, Elementor-friendly — always.

Creative Assets — Produce social media graphics, launch films, product visuals, packaging graphics, and brand campaigns. Explore generative AI as a creative tool, not a crutch.

▸ A portfolio or personal website demonstrating strong range and design sensibility. This is mandatory — no portfolio, no conversation.

▸ A confident, well-developed design eye and the ability to articulate why you made the choices you made.

▸ An open-minded, collaborative approach with a genuine willingness to iterate on feedback.

▸ Working proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

▸ Practical experience with generative AI tools for image and video — Higgsfield, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, or similar.

▸ Comfort using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI models as part of the creative workflow. We use these daily. You should too.

▸ Curiosity about materials, sustainability, brand systems, and manufacturing. You don't need to be an expert — you need to care.

Nice to have (not mandatory, but will make you stand out):

▸ Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, or basic front-end (HTML/CSS).

▸ Video editing experience.

▸ Prior internship or freelance experience shipping work to real audiences — not just classroom projects.
