 Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering support to business via e-mail and phone
  • Processing items in systems & workflows (SAP, Ariba etc)
  • Supporting Procurement Administration department in routine tasks
  • Supporting projects (Direct & Indirect procurement)
  • Preparing reports

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Interest to develop in procurement or logistics area
  • Previous work experience (Procurement, AP, Supply Chain) or strong background of voluntary activities
  • Able to work in MS Office environment, especially Excel
  • Willingness to learn new IT systems (SAP, Ariba etc)
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details
