About the Role

Intern ‐ Engineering
(Based at Pannala)

The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. It brings together broad expertise in fit, comfort, performance and aesthetics to serve leading global brands at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Maintenance Management activities and support the team in maintaining machines and equipment.
  • Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) projects and assist with scheduled maintenance activities
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for Autonomation and Digitization to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the team in researching and learning about new technologies and maintenance practices relevant to the plant.
  • Assist with machine-related projects, including layout changes, refurbishment, and improvement projects.
  • Support machine training and awareness programs for team members.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the Mechanics Skill Matrix and identifying training needs.
  • Maintain basic maintenance records and reports to support future analysis and improvements.
  • Support MOS-related activities and other continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

 

Qualification 
 

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering  .
  • Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset .
  • Strong communication and leadership skills 
  • Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
