We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern who is eager to dive into the "business side" of show business.     The Role  As a Business Management Intern, you will work alongside our account teams to support the financial health of our high-profile clients. This isn’t just about filing papers; you’ll gain a front-row seat to how the music industry operates behind the scenes, from tour accounting to royalty tracking.    What You’ll Do  Financial Support: Assist with accounts payable/receivable and data entry for artist accounts.  Tour Accounting: Help track tour expenses, per diems, and nightly settlements to ensure life on the road stays on budget.  Royalty Management: Support the team in organizing and reviewing royalty statements from streaming, publishing, and physical sales.  Administrative Excellence: Assist with document management, scanning, and digital filing to keep client records audit-ready.  Special Projects: Tackle research projects related to industry trends, tax compliance, or insurance for touring entities.    Who You Are  Music Business Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in the entertainment industry and understand that the "boring" financial stuff is what makes the magic possible.  Numbers-Oriented: You are pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Music Business.  Detail-Obsessed: You spot a typo or a decimal error from a mile away.  Trustworthy: You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality when working with high-profile clients.  Collaborative: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to ask questions.     Why Level Group?  We are committed to the development of our people.
