Job Description

The Operations Summer Analyst Program is a 10-12 week, paid internship for rising seniors interested in building a career in real estate operations. Analysts are embedded directly in a local Operations team — in San Francisco, Mexico City, San Jose, or London — and work on live projects spanning process improvement, portfolio operations, vendor and facilities management, data and reporting, and cross-functional support for deal execution. The program includes structured onboarding, a dedicated mentor, executive speaker sessions, and a capstone project presented to firm leadership at the close of the summer.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations across one or more real estate portfolios, including workflow coordination, vendor tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Asset Management and Finance teams to prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Assist with process documentation and identify opportunities to streamline recurring operational workflows.
  • Help coordinate property-level initiatives such as onboarding new vendors, tracking service level agreements, and supporting audits.
  • Contribute to a capstone project addressing a real operational challenge, presented to senior leadership at program's end.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating in 2027 (rising senior).
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (required for consideration).
  • Strong interest in real estate, operations, or business administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with data and process-oriented work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish or additional language proficiency is a plus for the Mexico City location.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Authorization to work in the country of the applied location (San Francisco/San Jose: U.S.; Mexico City: Mexico; London: U.K.).

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an Remote setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
