Sales Intern
What if your first job actually changed lives, including your own?
At EF Language Abroad, we believe that learning a language abroad is one of the most transformative experiences a person can have. And we need passionate, driven people to help make that happen. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This is your chance to kick off your career in a global company, work alongside an energetic and ambitious team, and help young people take the leap toward a life-changing experience abroad.
You'll be the first point of contact for our future students: sparking conversations, supporting the team, and connecting the right people to the right opportunities. No scripts, no cold calling - just real learning, real impact, and a team that's genuinely rooting for you from day one.
Your Main Responsibilities
Student Recruitment
- Support the team in qualifying leads and opportunities, helping to prioritize prospects with the highest conversion potential.
- Assist with pre-qualifying conversations to assess client interest and fit.
- Engaging with potential students through social media channels, maintaining a consistent and professional communication flow.
- Support the distribution of sales letters and brochures to nurture prospects throughout the funnel.
- Participate in Information Meetings to support the team in presenting our programs.
Beyond Sales - A little bit of everything
As part of a dynamic team, you'll occasionally get involved in supporting external promotional actions and campaigns, helping with logistics at fairs and events, assisting with school database updates, and supporting the ambassador program.
Requirements

- Work Experience: No prior experience required - this role is built for someone eager to learn and grow.
- Language Level: Basic to intermediate English proficiency (B1 or above). Additional languages are a plus.
- International Experience: Having traveled, lived, or studied abroad is a nice-to-have.
- Sales Drive: Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop results-driven skills.
