Human Resources Co-op-Toronto

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Co-op Student to join our HR team and gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals, contribute to real business initiatives, and develop practical skills that extend beyond the classroom.

What You Will Do

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and pre-employment requirements. 
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee communications, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Maintain HR records, trackers, reports, organizational charts, and other HR documentation. 
  • Support employee training, development programs, HR projects, and other People & Talent initiatives.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program.
  • Eligible for a formal co-op placement through your school.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with good attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Professional and able to use discretion when handling information.
  • Collaborative, positive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
