Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Support the recruitment and selection process, from coordination to candidate follow-up.
  • Help organize and coordinate training programs and onboarding experiences.
  • Contribute to internal communications and HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and prepare documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee movements.
  • Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation.
  • Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring the process is completed through payment.
  • Support vendor setup and administration.
  • Get involved in the coordination of HR events and employee activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, ideally in your 5th semester or beyond.
  • Availability to complete an internship for at least 1 year.
  • Previous experience in HR or people-related activities is a plus (ideally 6+ months).
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A proactive, organized, and curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn and take ownership.
