Job Description

  • Support business analysis, market research, and data-driven projects to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive materials.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Risk, and Client-facing functions.
  • Support ongoing initiatives that drive client engagement, operational excellence, and product adoption.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
  • Help monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key business priorities.
  • Present recommendations and findings to stakeholders throughout the internship.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • Pursuing studies in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the payments industry.
