Solicitamos: Practicante Regional Administrativo

 

Objetivo de la posición: El/La practicante regional administrativo es responsable de proveer soporte y facilitar en tareas administrativas el punto de servicio volvo para lograr eficientar nuestros procesos y obtener mayor agilidad a través de la reducción de tiempos con la finalidad de ayudar a mejorar la experiencia del servicio de nuestros clientes internos y externos.

 

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad: Licenciaturas en áreas económica administrativas. Titulado(a).
  • Experiencia: Experiencia de 0 - 6 meses de experiencia en actividades administrativas, soporte comercial o atención a clientes.

 

Actividades:

  • Manejo de inventarios actividades de entrada, manejo y salida de materiales con sistemas y procesos Volvo - desarrollo de habilidad administrativa
  • Gestionar órdenes de trabajo: Seguimiento de órdenes abiertas y apoyo para cierre – Desarrollo de toma de decisiones.
  • Actualizar las ordenes de trabajo durante las operaciones, ejemplo: kilometraje y actividades durante la inspección.
  • SSI (Servicio a Clientes): Aplicación y seguimiento de encuestas. Apoyar en asegurar que se cumpla con el % de muestras de encuestas de forma mensual.
  • Asegurar la actualización y apertura de las órdenes de servicio cuando los autobuses llegan.
  • Asegurar la orden de trabajo impresa y el material (deslices) para los técnicos, ejemplo: Check-list de inspección, ordenes de trabajo, etc.
  • Actualizar los sistemas administrativos con información de órdenes de trabajo cerradas de acuerdo con el trabajo realizado.
  • Apoyar en el manejo de los sistemas Volvo como lo es LDS, PROMPT, ASIST.
  • Recepción y entrega de unidades con el cliente
  • Apoyar en la gestión de aplicación de 5S (Casa Limpia).
  • Administrar y tener en orden las carpetas de mantenimientos de todas las unidades en póliza, así como también tener en orden el archivo del historial de mantenimiento.
