Export Control Laws

本インターンシップでは、宇宙機分野における品質保証（QA）の中核業務に携わる機会を提供します。インターンは、QAプロセスに関する実務理解を深めながら、プロセス改善、製品品質管理、サプライヤ品質データの構造化といった実務的な改善活動に貢献します。分析業務、業務改善、およびエンジニアリング・調達・品質部門との連携に関心のある方に適したポジションです。

1.    QA業務の理解

　　QA Groupの役割を理解する
　　QMS、Product Assurance、Supplier Quality、不適合管理、文書管理などの主要プロセスを学ぶ

2.    QAプロセス改善支援
　　業務フローやプロセスの見える化を支援する
　　QA業務における改善ポイントを整理する
　　標準化や効率化活動を支援する

3.    製品品質管理業務支援
　　製品ライフサイクルを通じた品質保証活動を支援する
　　品質に関する記録や指標の整理・管理を支援する
　　製品品質の監視および改善活動を支援する

4.    サプライヤ品質データ管理
　　サプライヤ関連情報を整理する
　　品質データや記録の構造化を支援する
　　サプライヤ情報管理の仕組みづくりを支援する

成果物
•    QAプロセスの可視化および改善提案（業務フロー分析に基づく）
•    サプライヤ品質データの構造設計および初期データ整備
•    品質記録の整理および主要指標の基礎的なトラッキング／可視化
•    調査結果・分析・改善提案をまとめた最終レポートおよびプレゼンテーション

募集要項

<必須条件>

• 工学、品質管理、データ管理、または関連分野の学生
• 分析力および整理能力に優れていること
• Excelやデータベース等のデータ処理に慣れていること
• 日本語および英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
• 品質保証や業務改善への関心

<望ましい条件>

• 品質マネジメントシステム（ISO 9001、AS9100等）の知識
• 文書管理またはデータ管理の使用経験
• プロセス改善やデジタル化に対する関心
• サプライヤ検査または監査への参加経験
• 部門横断で連携できるコミュニケーション力・協調性
• 高信頼性が求められる環境で学び成長する意欲

This internship provides an opportunity to work at the core of Quality Assurance (QA) activities in a space systems environment. The intern will gain practical exposure to QA processes while contributing to real improvement initiatives in process optimization, product quality management, and supplier quality data structuring. This role is designed for candidates interested in combining analytical work, process improvement, and collaboration across engineering, procurement, and Quality teams.

1.    Understanding QA Activities
　　Learn the role of QA Group
　　Understand key QA processes (QMS, Product Assurance, Supplier Quality, NCR/Issue Management, Document Control)

2.    QA Process Improvement Support
　　Support process visualization and workflow mapping
　　Identify improvement opportunities in QA operations
　　Assist in standardization and efficiency improvement activities

3.    Product Quality Management Support
　　Support quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle
　　Assist in organizing and tracking quality-related records and metrics
　　Support monitoring and improvement activities related to product quality

4.    Supplier Quality Data Management
　　Organize supplier-related information
　　Structure supplier quality data and records
　　Support development of supplier information management methods and tools

Deliverables
•    QA process mapping and improvement recommendations based on workflow analysis
•    Structured supplier quality data framework with initial dataset
•    Organized quality records and basic tracking/visualization of key metrics
•    Final report and presentation summarizing findings, analysis, and improvement proposals

Requirements; skill & experience

• Student in engineering, quality, data management, or related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, databases, etc.)
• Good communication skills in Japanese and English
• Interest in quality assurance and process improvement

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
• Experience with documentation or data management
• Interest in process improvement and digital transformation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills enabling cross-functional collaboration
• Motivation to learn and grow within a high-reliability production environment
