The Position

岗位职责：

• 协助ITOT制造系统团队的日常工作事宜，如会议组织、会议室预定，会议准备、会议记录，行动跟踪、翻译文件、文档格式调整、文件系统上传、文档追踪和整理工作等。

• 协助ITOT制造系统团队的项目工作事宜，如会议组织、会议室预定，会议准备、会议记录，行动跟踪、翻译文件、文档格式调整、文件系统上传、文档追踪和整理工作等。

• 熟悉了解PI及SCADA系统，协助制造系统团队PI及SCADA小组处理简单工作

• 熟悉了解MES系统，协助制造系统团队MES小组处理简单工作

• 制造系统团队领导布置的其他工作，例如制作视频、视频剪辑、制作PPT、AI小项目等

岗位要求：

• 全日制在校学生，学历本科或以上，计算机、信息技术或自动化相关专业优先。英语听说读写良好，可以用英语作为工作语言。

• 对计算机、信息技术和自动化有浓厚兴趣，有较强的学习能力和解决问题能力。

• 具有良好的沟通能力，有校内活动负责经验优先。

• 熟悉常见操作系统（如Windows、Linux等）和办公软件的使用。

• 有一定的编程基础，熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java等）。

• 有一定的制作视频、视频剪辑、制作PPT基础。

• 每周需正常工作3-4天，工作地点上海罗氏张江总部。
