Key responsibilities in your new role

You will support our Project Management team in driving change and communication initiatives, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects in an agile and international environment. 

• Project Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure project success 
• Change & Communication Management: Assist in the execution of change and communication activities that support project objectives and stakeholder engagement 
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and business partners to align priorities and drive project outcomes 
• Workshop Support: Contribute to the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of workshops and project-related events. You will also help with the presentation layout in PowerPoint 
• Continuous Improvement: Bring creative ideas and innovative approaches to improve communication, collaboration, and project effectiveness 
• Ownership: Could take responsibility for assigned project activities and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution 

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

You are a proactive and motivated team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and agile environment. You are organized, curious, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects while developing your project management and communication skills. 

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 
• Experience: First experience in Project Management, Consulting, or Communications; knowledge of SCRUM methodology is a plus 
• Working Style: Organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities while taking initiative and ownership 
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on creating impactful presentations and delivering them effectively, combining strong visual communication, storytelling, and audience engagement skills 
• Mindset: Highly motivated, flexible, and solution-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to learn 
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint for presentation skills 
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is considered a plus
