✅ Who Can Apply?

You might be the perfect BIYA if you are:

🌍 Malaysian or international student

🎓 Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (excluding final-year students)

📚 Open to candidates from all fields of study with a minimum current CGPA of 3.20

🎯 Active in clubs, societies, events, sports, volunteering, or student leadership activities

📱 Confident, outgoing, creative, and comfortable creating content

🔥 Passionate about learning, networking, and making things happen
