Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Singapore team. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This internship supports a team of Sales Professionals with account management, coordination, and administrative tasks across a range of account scopes and complexities. You will help facilitate communication, maintain documentation standards, support events and meetings, and assist with deliverables that contribute to strong client service and team effectiveness.

We will count on you to:

  • Support Sales Professionals with account management tasks across various account scopes and complexities.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, including drafting correspondence and handling service calls from agents.
  • Create and maintain policy files in line with company standards and coordinate with agents to obtain required documents.
  • Organize annual events and assist with ad-hoc events, conferences, and discussions within budget and internal expectations.
  • Support presentation and deliverable creation, meeting agendas, and logistical coordination for account-related meetings.
  • Compile satisfaction survey results and assist with accounting matters, including Accounts Receivable reconciliations and related financial administration.


What you need to have:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in business, finance, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Experience in administrative, client service, or sales support roles.
  • Familiarity with insurance, account management, or financial reconciliation processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
