The Ramsay Pharmacy Internship Program is designed to equip interns with the foundational knowledge, skills and confidence required to become capable and skilled pharmacists.

• Comprehensive support as you work towards achieving your supervised practice hours, helping you develop your pharmacy knowledge and practical skills.

Your Role

• Work alongside experienced pharmacists to accurately dispense medications, support medication management and provide medication information to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support seamless patient care and contribute to day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines while prioritising patient safety and confidentiality.

Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital

Kick-start your pharmacy career at Ramsay Pharmacy Sunshine Coast, located within Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital in Birtinya. As a Pharmacy Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a busy hospital pharmacy environment, work alongside a supportive and experienced team, and build your clinical knowledge through exposure to multidisciplinary patient care. Eligibility Criteria

• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification (this must be completed before commencing internship) 
• Be provisionally registered with AHPRA by early 2027.
• Available for a minimum of 12 months full-time employment
