Position Summary

Nestlé Coffee is looking for a passionate and ambitious candidate to join the dynamic Nescafé marketing team.

The candidate will have the opportunity to support the full marketing team in implementing the annual activity plan for Nescafé, one of the most popular and historical brands in Nestlé portfolio.

Nescafé is the most consumed coffee brand in the world, distributed in more than 180 countries and pioneer in coffee since 1938. In Italy it is leader in Soluble coffee market.

The candidate will support the whole marketing team, in particular the Mixes Brand Manager, in developing the marketing plan activities, through market data analysis, I/R process and promotional activities in point of sales and will manage Digital Media activities.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Support market analysis activities through the monitoring of sell-out data and the identification of relevant trends, performances and business opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of consumer and trade promotional activities, including the development of POP materials, flyers, promotional assets and packs, in collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies.
  • Contribute to innovation and renovation projects, with a focus on packaging development, creation and updates
  • Support the development and implementation of digital communication activities, including the management of the social media editorial plan and the localization of related content.
  • Ensure ongoing updates of the brand website and Amazon store.
  • Support the development of the Nescafé communication plan, including both media activities and PR activations.

 

What will make you successful

  • Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics;
  • Familiarity with the world of social media and its trends/dynamics.
  • Analytical skills and mindset and good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Responsible and proactive with good communication and relationship skills
  • Familiarity with Canva is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Positive and Curious attitude
  • High level of precision and attention to detail
  • Passionate about marketing and digital marketing

Step 1:

Meeting with HR – Talent Acquisition → Motivational and Attitudinal Assessment

An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, academic and extracurricular experiences, and your interest in Marketing, Brand Management and the FMCG industry.

During this discussion, we will explore your curiosity towards brands, consumer trends, digital communication and your willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and international environment.

Step 2:

Meeting with the Business (Reference Tutor / Line Manager) → Marketing & Brand Mindset Discussion

A more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager aimed at understanding your passion for marketing, your analytical thinking and your ability to transform consumer and market insights into actions.

During this stage, you may be asked to share your point of view on a brand, a communication campaign, a digital activation or a market trend that has recently captured your attention. We encourage you to explore examples from the coffee category, FMCG industry or any brand you find particularly inspiring.

We are interested in understanding how you observe brands, consumer behaviors and market dynamics, as well as your ability to bring fresh ideas and a proactive mindset.
