Als Werstudent*in (m/w/d) im Bereich HR Operations unterstützt du unser HR-Team auf DACH-Ebene im operativen Tagesgesschäft und trägst dazu bei, unsere HR-Prozesse u.a. für den Produktionsbereich effizient und serviceorientiert zu gestalten. 

 

 
Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschäft für den Operations Bereich
  • Mitarbeit bei administrativen HR-Prozessen entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles -> vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Unterstützung beim Recruiting und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Vorbereitung von Auswertungen, Reports und HR-Kennzahlen
  • Organisation und Koordination von Schulungen sowie weiteren HR-Maßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei administrativen HR-Themen
  • Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten sowie bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
 
Dein Profil
  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an Human Resources sowie an den Abläufen eines internationalen Produktionsunternehmens
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
