About the Role

Job Description

Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR & Communication Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and work alongside experienced professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design & Content Creation:

  • Develop creative and engaging content in both English and Vietnamese for internal communications related to Benefits, D&I, Employer Branding, and Wellbeing programs.

  • Design visually appealing materials, including posters, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts, to enhance internal branding and employee engagement.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all communication materials.

2. Support for D&I, Wellbeing & Employer Branding Programs:

  • Assist in planning and executing D&I, Wellbeing & Employer Branding initiatives, including awareness campaigns, internal events, and workshops.

  • Collect employee feedback and contribute ideas to improve engagement programs.

3. Data Consolidation & Reporting:

  • Collect, organize, and manage data related to employee benefits.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information for internal reports and communication.

4. Travel Support:

  • Work with travel agency and requester to have travel support on time and efficiently.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Assist in delivering gifts, recognition items, and event materials to employees.

  • Support other HR administrative tasks as needed.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3rd or 4th-year university student majoring in Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Strong artistic skills and creative design thinking.

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PS), and Canva.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).

  • Passion for employee experience, D&I, Wellbeing & Employer Branding initiatives.

  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

  • A proactive and creative mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
