Understanding of Human Capital processes, including recruitment, employee administration, contract management, and HRIS, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and interest in process automation and digitalization.

•Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related major.
•Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
•Skilled in Microsoft Excel and capable of using complex formulas.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.​
•Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
•Willing to be placed at Siloam Clinic (HO)
