About The Company
At Alliance Animal Health, we’re proud to be home to 225+ veterinary practices across the U.S., and we believe that the best medicine and the best culture start at the local level. That’s why we prioritize medical autonomy and support our veterinarians in making the decisions that matter most for your patients and your community. When a practice joins our network, the identity and leadership are maintained. Our role is to be a true partner, offering dedicated support in areas like recruitment, marketing, finance, and operations, so our veterinarians can stay focused on what they do best: caring for their patients. Whether you're just getting started in your career, growing in a central support role, or planning for practice ownership, we’re here with personalized pathways and a team that’s behind you the whole way. Our mission is simple: support those made to heal and care for animals while creating a place where veterinary professionals thrive. We build everything on a foundation of our core values: Passion, Engagement, Trust, and Service, a commitment that earned us a spot on Inc.’s Best Workplaces 2025. We’re proud to share that recognition with every member of our team.
