Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
N6 Certificate in Business Management or any related course
The skills we need:
- Computer Literacy
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data interpretation and presentation.
- Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with daily driver recruitment tasks ie, lead validations, lead scheduling, lead management
- Collect, analyse, interpret, and present operational / recruitment data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
- Assist the Team Leader to Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
This is an 18-month contract position
