In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support Project Managers and IPMs in executing project coordination activities.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Monitor project documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date.
- Follow up with internal teams to track customer approvals, documentation submissions, inspections, and project milestones.
- Support order management activities by updating project data in business systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and project performance reports.
- Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and track closure of assigned tasks.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities to enhance project efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with established project management processes and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely project execution and delivery.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn project management and order execution processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Exposure to project management concepts, project coordination, or internship experience.
- Familiarity with ERP, project management, or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard creation, or process improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of industrial automation, engineering projects, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience using Power BI or advanced Excel functionality.
