The vibe

You are the friendly translator between bright business ideas and beautifully delivered technology. You help teams turn “Wouldn’t it be great if…” into clear stories, smart priorities, and practical releases customers and employees can actually use.

Role Summary: What You’ll Help Make Happen

As an Associate Technical Product Owner, you’ll join the Enercare Technology team as a curious problem-solver, backlog sidekick, and clarity champion. You’ll learn how our platforms work, partner with business and delivery teams, help write strong requirements, support agile ceremonies, and make sure ideas move from conversation to working outcomes.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Turn business asks into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, and lightweight product artifacts.
  • Join discovery sessions and help capture the “why,” “who,” and “what good looks like” before solutions are built.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and delivery follow-ups with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and developers.
  • Create simple but useful process maps, data flows, decision notes, and documentation that help teams connect the dots.
  • Partner with QA to support test scenarios, validation notes, defect triage, and release readiness.
  • Use data, SQL basics, and platform knowledge to investigate questions, validate outcomes, and support troubleshooting.
  • Learn the customer platforms ecosystem and help make internal and customer experiences smarter, faster, and friendlier.
  • Bring the “fresh eyes” advantage: ask thoughtful questions, spot friction, and help simplify complexity for everyone.

Your Collaboration Superpowers

Bridge Builder – You help business and technology teams understand each other without needing a dictionary.

Clarity Champion – You make decisions, requirements, and next steps easy to follow and easy to act on.

Backlog Buddy – You help keep work organized, prioritized, and ready for delivery conversations.

Curious Explorer – You learn systems, ask smart questions, and turn unknowns into practical action.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Comfort writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, meeting notes, and action-oriented documentation.
  • Basic understanding of Agile delivery and a willingness to learn Azure DevOps or similar delivery tooling.
  • Exposure to SQL, data analysis, APIs, process mapping, or troubleshooting is helpful; curiosity matters most.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to ask questions that make work clearer.
  • A practical approach: you do not need every answer on day one, but you know how to learn, follow through, and keep momentum moving.

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days: Learn the platforms, team rhythm, stakeholders, backlog structure, and current delivery priorities.

First 60 Days: Own small requirements, support grooming, contribute to test readiness, and produce clear working notes.

First 90 Days: Lead slices of discovery, manage follow-ups, improve documentation quality, and help move features confidently toward delivery.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll work on real-world technology that touches customers’ homes, lives, and service experiences.
  • You’ll learn from experienced product, engineering, QA, delivery, operations, and vendor partners.
  • Your ideas will matter, especially when they make work simpler, clearer, and more customer-centered.
  • You’ll grow in a Technology team that is scaling, transforming, and investing in modern digital experiences.
  • You’ll have a hybrid work model, competitive rewards, and the chance to build a meaningful product career.

If you love turning messy problems into clean stories, helping teams build useful things, and saying “I can help make that clearer,” this role may be your perfect launchpad.
