What You Will Be Working On

You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, or related construction-based discipline.

• Collaborate with various departments for proposal information gathering.
• Assist in creating and formatting proposal documents to meet organizational standards.
• Coordinate the review process, ensuring timely stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct market research for relevant proposal content.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals as part of integrated design-build teams to support design development.
• Participate in team meetings, take meeting minutes, contribute to project planning, coordination, and problem-solving discussions.
• Take on additional responsibilities or tasks related to construction design as required.
• Collecting operational data, generating reports, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Acting as a bridge between departments like Digital Services, Business Unit based Operations, People & Culture’s Learning & Development and Finance.
• Building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and presenting insights.
• Support in the design, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of learning activities and operational solutions.
• Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships Exemplify the Ideal Team Player – Hungry, Humble, Smart Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
