The Role
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and supporting building security protocols.
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment activities, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Support HR processes and systems, including I-9 documentation, employee records, FMLA paperwork, ADP updates, and data tracking.
- Manage employee and contractor building access, including badge creation, updates, audits, and deactivation.
- Serve as a resource for employee questions and appropriately route HR and payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate new hire apparel inventory and distribution and assist with plant paycheck distribution.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support for internal interviews and other HR activities.
- Support plant events and internal communications by creating flyers, updating presentations, and maintaining digital signage across facilities.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (flexible)
- Fall/Winter Internship

What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or similar.
- Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
- Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem-solving situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office®, particularly Excel
