About The Company
At Alliance Animal Health, we’re proud to be home to 225+ veterinary practices across the U.S., and we believe that the best medicine and the best culture start at the local level. That’s why we prioritize medical autonomy and support our veterinarians in making the decisions that matter most for your patients and your community. When a practice joins our network, the identity and leadership are maintained. Our role is to be a true partner, offering dedicated support in areas like recruitment, marketing, finance, and operations, so our veterinarians can stay focused on what they do best: caring for their patients. Whether you're just getting started in your career, growing in a central support role, or planning for practice ownership, we’re here with personalized pathways and a team that’s behind you the whole way. Our mission is simple: support those made to heal and care for animals while creating a place where veterinary professionals thrive. We build everything on a foundation of our core values: Passion, Engagement, Trust, and Service, a commitment that earned us a spot on Inc.’s Best Workplaces 2025. We’re proud to share that recognition with every member of our team.
About the Role

Company Description

Here at Central Hospital for Animals, we are a team of client-focused doctors bringing over two hundred years of quality experience to the table. We are an AAHA-accredited practice that has provided high-quality service to southern Illinois for over forty-five years. Central Hospital for Animal specializes in dentistry, preventative care, reproductive medicine, and exotic pets. We host a full-service grooming salon where we provide anything from nail clipping to custom brush-outs and styling. Our facility is stocked with the latest innovations in animal health so we can deliver full laboratory and pharmacy service in-house. Our parent hospital is the leading referral site for orthopedic and joint repair, along with more involved surgeries; this enables us to get our clients the help they need efficiently. Central Hospital for Animals performs everything with the goal of giving the pets of Marion happy, healthy lives!

Dubbed the “Hub of the Universe” by a former mayor, Marion, Illinois, lives up to its name. Marion has grown to be a center for economic opportunity, industry, and world-class educational facilities. This city combines historic areas with modern shopping districts and entertainment centers for a taste of both worlds. Shoot for par at the Kokopelli Golf Club or cheer on the Southern Illinois Miners under the stadium lights. For those who love the outdoors, choose to relax in urban parks or explore national parks that offer hiking, boating, and camping. When you step foot in Marion and revel in the high quality of life it has to offer, you’ll see why so many call our city home.
