About the Role

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Asistir de manera permanente y organizada las actividades que pueda realizar el área de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente (SSOMA). Participar de forma activa en el fortalecimiento de la cultura preventiva generando eficiencia a través de la tecnología.

¿Qué harás en tu rol?

  • Consolidar y dar seguimiento de las inspecciones periódicas de todos los lugares de trabajo.
  • Apoyo en asesorar a las distintas Jefaturas de la organización en temas de Seguridad Industrial cuando lo requieran.
  • Realizar el control de la documentación en caso de accidentes e incidentes de trabajo y dar soporte a la investigación respectiva ( causas, plan de acción , etc.)
  • Seguimiento de los programas anuales de seguridad.
  • Apoyo en la programación de Capacitaciones, simulacros y talleres de seguridad.
  • Apoyo en la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad por parte del personal contratista o tercero.
  • Apoya en las labores administrativas del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, gestión ambiental y servicios generales que planifica y organiza la Jefatura del Área.
  • Soporte en la gestión de la base de datos.
  • Levantamiento de información en campo.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

  • Estudiante universitario del 7mo o 8vo ciclo.
  • Manejo de MS Office a nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo de Power BI a nivel intermedio.
