Über den Bereich

 

Wir suchen einen hochmotivierten Werkstudenten Supportability PMO (w/m/d)  für unsere Abteilung „Supportability Management & Engineering“.

 

Wir sind dafür verantwortlich, dass HENSOLDT Produkte und Systeme während der Nutzungsphase eine hohe Verfügbarkeit erreichen und die Instandhaltung langfristig und kosteneffizient durchgeführt werden kann.

In diesem Zusammenhang erarbeiten wir im Rahmen der Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Konzepte und Analysen, die die Grundlage für Herstellung und Erhalt der Einsatzreife bilden.

Darüber hinaus dient die Abteilung als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Bereich Integrated Lifecycle Support (ILS) und den Projektorganisationen und ist zuständig für die Koordinierung aller ILS-Leistungen bei den betreuten Projekten. Dazu gehören neben der LSA unter anderem die Erfassung der Materialdaten für Initial Provisioning List (IPL) und Katalogisierung, die Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation (z. B. Bedienungs- und Wartungshandbücher) sowie die Betrachtung von Arbeitsschutz, Umweltschutz und Ergonomie.

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Unterstützung der Supportability Manager bei der Koordinierung der ILS-Leistungen für die betreuten Projekte durch die Wahrnehmung von Project Management Office (PMO) Aufgaben
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Gantt-Diagramme mit dem Tool Jira nach den Vorgaben der Supportability Manager
  • Datenpflege für die Ermittlung des Bearbeitungsfortschritts der einzelnen Arbeitspakete
  • Projektübergreifende Auswertung der Risiken mit dem Tool Jira
  • Erstellung des Projektreportings für die Supportability Manager

 

 

Ihr Profil

 

 

  • Laufendes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Qualifikation
  • Affinität zur Datenverarbeitung
  • Kenntnisse der Project Management Grundlagen und der PMO-Aufgaben (Standardisierung, Auswertungen, Reporting)
  • Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse im Bereich ILS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
