Role overview:

The APAC Network & Distribution Intern will support the development and optimisation of our partner network across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll work closely with the Network & Distribution team and internal stakeholders to support route-to-market analysis, partner development and strategic projects.

This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in strategy, business analysis and partner management within a leading global industrial organisation and across a diverse APAC market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Route-to-Market & Market Analysis:
    Supporting research and analysis of markets and business trends to identify opportunities to improve route-to-market strategies and partner coverage
  • Partner Performance & Optimisation:
    Collecting, analysing and visualising partner performance data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement. Support reviews and optimisation initiatives
  • Partner Management Support:
    Supporting the team in preparing partner reviews, business meetings and management presentations, including gathering relevant data and tracking agreed actions
  • Partner Development:
    Supporting partner development activities such as business planning, performance improvement initiatives, capability assessments and follow-up of development actions
  • Strategic Projects:
    Supporting regional and global strategic projects related to partner development

Who we’re looking for: 

  • University students studying a degree in business, engineering or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into clear insights
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Curious, proactive and willing to learn, with an interest in strategy, industrial businesses, or partner management
  • Comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries and cultures
  • Must be able to work in the Tukang (Jurong) office
