Role overview:

You’ll collaborate with global and local counterparts to support the inventory management team in achieving key supply chain objectives, while actively observing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing a brief understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process in a world-renowned manufacturing company
  • Collaborating with global counterparts (e.g., Germany) and local internal stakeholders (e.g., order management, technical team) to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers in the Asia Pacific region
  • Maintaining engine spare parts inventory through accurate inventory transactions
  • Monitoring and tracking parts availability to support the inventory management department in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Initiating and contributing to improvements in supply chain processes to enhance logistical efficiency
  • Performing any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Who we’re looking for:

  • University students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
  • Team player who takes initiative and values collaboration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • Quick to understand concepts and capable of executing ideas to completion
  • Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
