I. Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Local Remittance and Deposit Team in preparing documents, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in coordination with internal departments for daily operational matters.
  • Supporting data updates, record maintenance, and document filing related to local remittance’s business activities.I. Key responsibilities:

  • Undergraduate student wiht Minimum cumulative GPA of 8.0/10.0 (or equivalent scale)
  • English: Fluency required (Minimum Score of IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 700)
  • Japanese (Preferred): Intermediate proficiency or higher (JLPT N2 level or above.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • High level of attention to detail, personal integrity, reliability, and patience
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications and general computer software
  • Active involvement in extracurricular activities or leadership roles
  • History of national, regional, or university-level academic and professional awards.
