Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role


  • Project Coordination: Provide support to project and program management with organizational, administrative, and project management tasks across the full project lifecycle
  • Project Planning: Create and maintain project, risk, and budget plans, and assist with planning, tracking, and control of work packages and milestones
  • Project Office and Governance: Set up and operate the required project infrastructure, including file shares, permissions, collaboration platforms, and distribution lists
  • Project Framework: Evolve, implement, and maintain methods, standards, and templates to ensure efficient project steering and governance
  • Communication: Prepare communication materials, articles, and status reports, organize information sessions, and support newsletters and project-related communications


Further Information:

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 6 months


Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 


  • Education: Actively studying a degree in Information Technology, an Engineering discipline or Economics
  • Tools: Experience with project management tools and activities is a plus
  • Organization: Strong structural thinking and organizational mindset
  • Ownership: Ready to support, drive and manage tasks with a high degree of self‑responsibility
  • Language Skills: English written and spoken

Additional information

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
