About The Company
Too Good To Go is a global social impact company that connects users with partners to rescue unsold food and stop it from going to waste. With over 120 million registered users and more than 200,000 active partners across 20 countries in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, Too Good To Go is a certified B Corp company that operates the world's largest marketplace for surplus food. Since its launch in 2016, Too Good To Go has helped to save over 600 million meals from going to waste, the equivalent to avoiding 1.6 million tonnes of CO2e, 490 billion litres of water use and 1.7 billion m2 of land use.
About the Role
This is a 6-month internship based in Italy, starting in September 2026. Please apply in English.

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than a third of all food produced globally is thrown away, which has a huge impact on our planet. 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss. Through our app, we connect businesses that have unsold surplus food with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at reduced prices.

The Role:
Business Operations is the team that turns data into decisions — and decisions into action. We monitor marketplace health, run cross-functional projects, and make sure the numbers tell the right story to leadership. As our Business Operations Intern for Cluster South, you'll get hands-on exposure to how a high-growth marketplace actually runs, working closely with the BizOps team across Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks to support the Cluster South teams, such as: providing geographical focus guidance, maintaining and updating lists and reports, improving sales tooling, and ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness
  • Build and maintain tools and dashboards (Looker, Google Sheets, Salesforce)
  • Prepare slides and support operating cadences
  • Support cross-functional project management and execution
  • Document processes clearly so good work doesn't live only in one person's head
  • Jump into ad hoc projects and analysis as priorities shift across the four countries

Your Profile:
  • Student in Business, Data, Economics, or a related field
  • Sharp with data — comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, curious to learn Looker and Salesforce if you don't know them already
  • Organized, rigorous, and able to work independently once you know the goal
  • Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by social and environmental impact
  • Fluent in English; Italian/French/Spanish/Portuguese a plus

Our Values:
  • We Win Together
  • We Raise the Bar
  • We Keep It Simple
  • We Build A Legacy
  • We Care

What We Offer:
  • Real exposure to how BizOps operates inside a fast-moving, high-impact marketplace
  • The chance to contribute to a project with real social and environmental impact
  • A dynamic, supportive, and results-oriented team
