The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Services & Solutions Center in Budapest.

As an Order Process Intern you will execute the day-to-day activities according  to  the  agreed  service  level  and  in  compliance  with  the  Standard Operating Procedures of  the  respective business   sub-process,   propose   process   and   system   improvements   and   contribute continuously  to  the  improvement  of  the  performance  of  RSS.  Your  main  daily  job  will  be  to  handle  sales orders  coming from  pharmacies, hospitals and wholesalers.

As an Intern, you:

  • Perform complete, stringent, and timely tasks while supporting daily affiliate operations.

  • Control, validate, and modify customer orders in SAP, and block orders as required by regional processes.

  • Identify and resolve issues, participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, and make decisions within defined criteria. 

  • Collaborate with the local affiliate's customer service team and ensure precise administration.

  • Participate in stakeholder calls, team meetings, and workshops to maintain effective communication.
