Stellenbeschreibung

  • Während deiner Wekstudententätigkeit tauchst du tief in unsere Prozesslandschaft ein, kartografierst und visualisierst sie, um komplexe Zusammenhänge klar darzustellen.
  • Auf Basis der Prozesslandkarte entwickelst du präzise, verständliche und visuell ansprechende Anleitungen für unsere SAP-Anwendungen, um komplexe Abläufe in klare, umsetzbare Schritte zu überführen.
  • Als interner Kommunikations-Hub sprichst du mit Fachabteilungen, sammelst in Interviews und Workshops Informationen und schaffst ein gemeinsames Verständnis für Prozessoptimierungen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Dokumentation stets aktuell sowie korrekt ist, und förderst eine Unternehmenskultur, in der Wissen geteilt und genutzt wird.
  • Nicht zuletzt gibst du wertvolles Feedback aus der Anwenderperspektive, um unsere Prozesse und die Usability des SAP-Systems kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, erste Erfahrungen mit SAP sind von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, selbstständig und gewissenhaft zu arbeiten, wobei du stets lösungsorientiert sowie zielstrebig vorgehst; du bringst dich teamorientiert ein, begeisterst dich für neue Themen und kommunizierst klar, um Prozesse schnell zu erfassen sowie zu verstehen
  • Arbeitsalltag: Anwesenheit im Büro erforderlich
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Dauer: 6 Monate – 10h/Woche (Verlängerung nach Absprache möglich)
