At Bitmovin, we value cognitive diversity and the huge part this plays in not only creating a global culture second to none, but in how this underpins our ability to create truly representative, Emmy Award-winning products. Diversity in all its forms is encouraged and celebrated at Bitmovin; everyone has a role to play in helping us shape the future of video.

About the role

At Bitmovin, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing and sales as our Marketing & Revenue Operations Intern. You'll split your time between marketing execution (digital, events, design, PR, product marketing) and revenue-facing operations work - campaign tracking, outreach sequencing, and data accuracy that directly supports the sales pipeline. It's a role built for someone who wants exposure to both sides of the funnel, not marketing in isolation.

What’s in it for you?

  • Real World Experience: Work with a global team spanning marketing and revenue operations at the cutting edge of video streaming technology.
  • Mentorship and Growth: Collaborate with senior marketers, designers, and the Sales Ops team to build both creative and analytical skills.
  • Variety and Ownership: Contribute to marketing campaigns and revenue outreach in equal measure - content one day, outreach sequence performance the next.
  • Career Development: Build a resume spanning digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and revenue operations.

What you will do:

Sales Operations & Revenue Support

  • Triage inbound leads from the Contact Us form and sales inbox, classify them, and assign them to the right owner. You'll be the first person to look at most of these, so you'll quickly learn what a good fit for Bitmovin looks like.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining campaign outreach sequences in Apollo, tracking performance and reporting results.
  • Support Marketing Ops in campaign tracking and data accuracy across HubSpot and CRM systems.
  • Support internal coordination of sales enablement sessions and related communications.

AI-Assisted Workflows

  • Use tools like Claude for research, drafting, data verification, and automating repetitive tasks in the role.
  • Experiment with what works and turn good ideas into repeatable workflows the wider revenue team can use.

Social Media & Design

  • Schedule and upload weekly posts on Oktopost to promote product updates, campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
  • Track performance metrics for social advocacy and LinkedIn campaigns and share monthly reports.
  • Support the Senior Designer by creating campaign assets.

Events & PR

  • Collaborate with the Events Director to review and evaluate industry events for participation.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional emails for event newsletters and outreach campaigns, in collaboration with marketing and sales operations.
  • Support internal coordination of speaker submissions for industry conferences.
  • Track media coverage and PR calendar, and help draft communications materials supporting press releases.
  • Support the Product Marketing team in updating product collateral, webpages, and presentations.

What can you bring:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computing skills, especially Word, Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Ability to write engaging, creative content (both long- and short-form).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfort working with data and tracking tools (Excel/Sheets at minimum); exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo is a plus but not required.
  • A positive, people-friendly attitude and team spirit.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in both marketing and revenue operations - this role suits someone who wants to understand how marketing output connects to pipeline, not just create it.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)

Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box. If you’re driven, eager to learn, and excited by where this role could take you, we want to hear from you.
