About The Company
At Alliance Animal Health, we’re proud to be home to 225+ veterinary practices across the U.S., and we believe that the best medicine and the best culture start at the local level. That’s why we prioritize medical autonomy and support our veterinarians in making the decisions that matter most for your patients and your community. When a practice joins our network, the identity and leadership are maintained. Our role is to be a true partner, offering dedicated support in areas like recruitment, marketing, finance, and operations, so our veterinarians can stay focused on what they do best: caring for their patients. Whether you're just getting started in your career, growing in a central support role, or planning for practice ownership, we’re here with personalized pathways and a team that’s behind you the whole way. Our mission is simple: support those made to heal and care for animals while creating a place where veterinary professionals thrive. We build everything on a foundation of our core values: Passion, Engagement, Trust, and Service, a commitment that earned us a spot on Inc.’s Best Workplaces 2025. We’re proud to share that recognition with every member of our team.
About the Role

Company Description

A Practice Where Future Veterinarians Can Thrive/Learn/Grow!

Welcome to Thunderbird Veterinary Hospital! Founded in 1993 by Drs. Susan Mack and Michelle Corr, our hospital has grown from a small mixed animal practice into a trusted, well-established pillar of care in the
community. Today, that legacy lives on through a friendly, collaborative, and clinically confident team that takes pride in delivering high-quality medicine, working with a diverse caseload—including exotic pets—and
building lasting relationships with a loyal client base. It’s a fast-paced, supportive environment where communication, mentorship, and professional growth are at the center of everyday work.

We love meeting new faces—whether you’re a new team member, a client, or a patient. Our doors are always open, and we’re here for anyone looking for quality, compassionate care and a place that feels like home. We really do treat everyone like family. You’ll find us joking around and sharing stories, but always serious about making sure every animal and person gets the best care. If you have questions or need help, just ask—we want your experience to be easy and positive. You’ll join a group of genuine animal lovers who appreciate what you bring and make sure you always feel welcome.

Nestled just south of Oklahoma City, Norman is a warm and welcoming town that truly has something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts will love spending time at Lake Thunderbird State Park, where you can hike, fish, boat, or simply relax by the water. If you enjoy the arts, the Walker Arts District is full of charming galleries, unique shops, and local eateries where you can experience the community’s creative spirit. As the home of the University of Oklahoma, Norman is always buzzing with energy—catching an OU football game at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium is a must for sports fans! The city blends the friendliness of a small town with the conveniences of big-city living. Affordable housing, excellent schools, and a close-knit community make Norman an ideal place to live, work, and play. Whether you’re new to the area or a lifelong resident, you’ll always find a friendly face and something fun to discover.
