Logistics Associate – Entry Level


Employment Type: Intern to Hire 

Location: Paoli, PA 


Sino Biological is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support daily

warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone

interested in developing a career in logistics or the biotechnology/life sciences industry.


Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, label, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.

• Pick and restock products according to daily orders and established procedures.

• Assist with packing customer orders and preparing shipments for carrier pickup.

• Support routine inventory counts, cycle counting, inventory relocation, re-boxing, and consolidation.

• Assist with returns, incoming samples, and product placement in designated storage locations.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe refrigerator, freezer, packing, and warehouse areas. Assist with freezer organization and scheduled defrosting activities.

• Enter or update basic inventory and shipment information in company systems after training.

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, labeling issues, or other concerns to the Logistics Specialist or supervisor.

• Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and cold-chain handling procedures.

• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or college coursework is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems such as SAP/Produmex.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow written procedures.

• Dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and around refrigerated and frozen storage areas.
