How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for assisting in talent acquisition, sending scout email to potential candidates through job boards, data collection and analysis for talent mapping, etc.

2. You will be responsible for file management and Office support, support employer branding events, other documentations, Etc.

3. You will be responsible for other tasks assigned by the supervisor and tutor.

4. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

5. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, study in Japan is a must.

2. Fluent Japanese and English.

3. Interest in the HR field (especially in talent acquisition or recruitment) is required.

4. HR Intern experience is nice to have.

5. You can work and commute to Osaki (Tokyo) office 2-3 days / week.

6. This internship will be a paid internship.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills and quick learner. Proficiency in both Japanese and English language is required.
