Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates with expected graduation period between December 2027 and July 2028. 

  • Candidates must have the permanent legal right to work in China without requiring employer sponsorship. 

Internship Duration

The internship will commence from January 2027 onwards.  

 

A minimum commitment of six months is required, with interns expected to work in person minimally 3 days or 4 days per week at our Beijing or Shanghai office, depending on team requirements. Extensions may be considered based on business needs.   

What You Will Experience: Public or Private Investment Tracks

Candidates are required to indicate their preferred track in the application. Both tracks offer hands-on exposure to investment work, the internship exposure will differ based on the type of companies, investment opportunities and projects each team focuses on.

Analyse company disclosures, results, valuations, news flow and share price movements.

 

Support sector studies, listed-company research, investment idea generation and portfolio monitoring.

Research companies, industries and markets through benchmarking, market sizing and business model analysis.

 

Support due diligence, investment materials, transaction execution and portfolio work.

AI and automation exposureGain exposure to how AI and automation tools can enhance research, analysis, workflow efficiency, market monitoring and other team-related processes.
Ideal candidate profile

Strong interest in public markets, listed companies, business fundamentals and long-term investing.

 

Relevant experience may include equity research, public markets investing, asset management, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, financial modelling, accounting, economics or data-driven research.

Strong interest in private companies, business models, market opportunities, growth sectors and transaction-oriented work.

 

Relevant experience may include private equity, venture capital, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, start-ups, market research, due diligence, financial modelling or project-based analytical work.
