About the Role

Hourly Wage: $22.50-33.50 

Final salary and compensation will be based on several factors including candidate qualifications and experience, geographical location, market, and business considerations.
Other Compensation:  $3,000 stipend

Job Description

Grace is excited to announce our 2027 Summer Internship Program. Your internship project could be focused on one or more of the following disciplines: Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. 

 

These intern projects address Grace's day-to-day business needs and the work you accomplish will be an integral part for creating solutions and/or streamlining processes.

 

No matter what business and project you support, an internship at Grace is guaranteed to provide you with valuable work experience that will allow you to further define career and personal aspirations. Additionally, you will participate in networking and professional development activities!

 

General Internship Details:

  • Duration - 11 weeks (June 2nd  - August 13th) 
  • Location: Columbia, MD
  • Paid Hourly
  • Projects will be on-site 
  • All students will be provided an hourly rate plus a $3,000 stipend

 

Upon successful completion of the CLP Track Internship, you will be considered for our Commercial Leadership Program (CLP). Grace offers a three-year Commercial Leadership Program at our Columbia, MD headquarters for high-potential recent bachelor’s graduates. This immersive program accelerates leadership development, enhances understanding of our commercial business areas and prepares participants for a future business leadership role. Participants rotate through three year-long assignments in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Procurement and Supply Chain. Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must:
    • be entering their junior, senior year (GRADUATION DATE: May 2028 or May 2029) and currently enrolled in a bachelo's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field
    • be able to work the entire duration of the program without any interruptions, except for company holidays (June 2nd - August 13th)

  • Clear and excellent communication skills
  • Have a minimum of a cumulative 3.0 grade point average
  • Interest in Grace's Commerical Leadership Program (if eligible - read more here
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new environments 
  • Experience working with MS Suite

  • Realign - Realign and map combinations of market sector, global customer, product, performance/functionality, and end-use to enable cleaner, more detailed sales and market activation data to be leveraged for improved customer segmentation, market activation targeting, and forecasting
  • Fierce - Build the foundation for a technologically sound competitive intelligence database that can be leveraged by sales, marketing, business development, and R&D
  • Supply Chain Enterprise Improvement Program related Projects - Customer Service Projects, Logistics and Warehousing Projects, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process support / process documentation and improvements
