Job Responsibilities 
  • Lead the initiative to clear the backlog of pending items within our accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, ApprovalMax).
  • Organize and maintain the physical filing systems for two distinct business entities.
  • Assist in the digitization of key records to improve future workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and providing necessary operational support for upcoming audit preparation
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Leader on special projects, report generation, or administrative tasks as needed.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
  • Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and financial ratios
  • Exposure to accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a significant advantage
  • High level of accuracy when working with large data sets and complex numbers
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy, having a "can-do" attitude toward reconciling discrepancies or finding more efficient ways to track data.
