Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• N6 Certificate in Business Administration 
• N6 Certificate in Business Management
• Diploma in Marketing Management
• Diploma in Business Management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily onboarding and vetting of marketplace leads.
• Manage Zendesk tickets and respond to seller enquiries within SLA timelines.
• Support Salesforce task management and escalate stalled items when necessary.
• Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate data and provide operational support to the Onboarding Coordinator.
