About the Role

WHO WE ARE:

*SCAPE Co., Ltd. is a non-profit organisation, a registered charity, and an Institution of a Public Character that engages and nurtures youth by developing their talents. At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.


 

  • Support the planning and execution of Visual Arts programmes and activations
  • Assist with the management and programming of *SCAPE Whitespace
  • Support exhibitions, including artist coordination, installation and daily operations
  • Assist with Communities of Interest (COI) engagement and activities
  • Support regular Visual Arts programmes, workshops and community activations
  • Liaise with artists, partners, vendors and participating youths
  • Assist with programme logistics, materials preparation and venue setup
  • Support on ground operations during programmes and events
  • Assist with programme documentation, attendance tracking and reporting
  • Conduct research on Visual Arts trends, artists and potential programme ideas
  • Support outreach and engagement with youth arts communities
  • Assist with administrative duties related to Visual Arts programmes

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong interest in the Visual Arts field
  • Interest in arts programming, exhibitions and youth engagement
  • Comfortable working with artists and youths
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with hands on work and programme setup
  • Willing to support occasional evening and weekend programmes
