1.    Coordinating a structured learning framework aligned with business and individual needs, including CPD tracking, Flexiquiz integration, and QR code registration, while ensuring compliance with statutory training requirements.
2.    Supporting the Induction Training programme by maintaining and updating training materials.
3.    Collaborating with the banca training team and other departments to develop and coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes.
4.    Assisting in the creation of training aids such as e-learning modules, handbooks, online tutorials, and multimedia presentations.
5.    Managing daily administrative tasks, including responding to internal and external queries, arranging training logistics (room bookings, calendar invites, catering, equipment), monitoring attendance, and collecting feedback from participants and providers.
6.    Supporting ad hoc projects such as BSC data compilation.
