What you will do

As a Supply Chain Co-Op, you will collaborate with both customers and internal supply chain teams to help optimize the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on network cost and service. Your role will involve conducting detailed analyses of product flow and identifying supply chain opportunities using advanced systems and process excellence tools. You will assist in implementing process improvements through cross-functional collaboration and help customers achieve organizational metrics and goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and build key business relationships to gain insights into customer expectations and internal policies/capabilities, assisting in the proactive management of business needs.
  • Support the identification, planning, and execution of end-to-end solutions that enhance service, reduce costs, and introduce new capabilities.
  • Analyze customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue Network products to recommend modifications for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies.
  • Contribute to process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and performance dashboard metrics.
  • Participate in the design and execution of customer-specific supply chain joint business planning and Retail Customer Logistics' strategic tactics, enhancing our mission of being a best-in-class customer-facing supply chain organization.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Learn and utilize new technologies to support proactive business planning, accurate analytics, and increased efficiency.
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions using process excellence tools and methodologies that contribute to our programmatic approach within the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Utilize Microsoft and other advanced analytics applications, along with business applications such as SAP (S/4 Hana), BW, EDI, and ERP systems.
  • Process incoming orders and manage logistics to optimize cost and service, conducting detailed analyses on order and supply chain issues with advanced systems and tools.
  • Assist in executing and consolidating opportunities for promotional and base business orders.
  • Proactively support order fulfillment to meet customer demand through integration with operating companies, distribution, and planning/forecasting efforts.
  • Help resolve customer discrepancies related to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Ability to commit to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the assignment. The program will be active from Monday-Friday from July 2027 to May 2028
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working on multi-functional teams.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
     

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required; proficiency in advanced analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn and optimize new systems and applications.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with any customer-facing work experience being a plus.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Finance, or Distribution is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business applications such as SAP (S/4 Hana), BW, EDI, or other ERP systems is preferred.

What’s in it for you

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:

$20.00 - $45.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
